Online Wellbeing Week
A week of online, time efficient, wellbeing sessions, ranging from 12 - 30 minutes, designed to easily fit into the working day, and give employees a chance to have a short break and return refreshed and more motivated to work.
6 week programme
This programme consists of 1-2 wellbeing sessions per week, including focus, movement, and self-care/self-development sessions, tailored to suit your employees' needs.
Sessions can be run online or in person.
An ongoing programme with one session per month for your employees. You can choose from our extensive range of sessions or we can design a programme flow for you.
