When was the last time you honestly answered the question ‘How are you’ And not just passed it off with a quick remark, but actually allowed yourself to answer the question. Maybe even only to yourself? Our intention over the course of this program is to take a holistic look at this question of ‘How are you’

We aim to provide practicals that will give an insight into managing your mental wellbeing, your physical wellbeing and your emotional wellbeing. Each practical will be accompanied by an associated talk to give you the tools and understanding of how to better utilise yourself to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Dig deep and learn the right actions to help you thrive. This programme will give you and your team the tools and insights they need to be resilient, empathetic, respond fairly to the behaviours of others, and develop to support personal and career growth and work well in these uncertain times. It has 3 modules with 1 hour duration each.
